Our decks are made of 7 layers of the best North American Hard Rock Maple, hand glued and cold pressed for 48 hours at 40 tons of total pressure. The extra cure time and increased pressure ensure maximum stiffness and pop, producing better-quality decks than ones mass produced in a factory. All our decks are pressed, shaped, painted/stained, screen-printed, and sealed by hand in Lone Tree, Colorado.
